Co-founders Stephan and David have a combined 25 years professional advisory and investment experience at top-tier corporates and investment banks.
In addition to their professional experience, the team has worked together over the last few years in a personal capacity – analysing potential investments and leveraged buy-out opportunities with the financial backing of high-net-worth individuals.
Our Story
David Schreiter
Co-Founder
David was a Director at the investment bank Robert W. Baird where he advised on numerous transactions across the industrial, consumer, business services and distribution sectors in Europe. Before that, David gained significant experience in corporate finance while working for Raiffeisen Investment’s Energy & Utilities Team in exclusive cooperation with Lazard. His passion for working with investors and entrepreneurs has been the driving force in his career, allowing him to build a strong business network. As a personal investor in startups, David also sees and analyses a constant stream of new opportunities. He lives in London and is a non-executive director for a fintech venture in the UK.
Stephan Werner
Co-Founder
Stephan was Senior Project Manager-Mergers & Acquisitions at HOCHTIEF AG, a leading international construction group, where he was responsible for managing investments and acquisitions throughout Europe. Before that, he was team leader M&A at German utility E.ON, focusing on B2B energy services and solutions. Prior to that, Stephan worked for various international investment banking boutiques in Vienna, London, and Berlin with focus on energy, pulp & paper, and consumer goods industries. During his more than 10 years in M&A, Stephan built a strong track record of managing cross-border M&A projects. Originally an Austrian national, Stephan currently lives in Essen, Germany.
